Solution

From the symmetry and topology of the circuit, the potential difference across $C_{3}$ equals the EMF of the smaller branch.

The potential difference across $C_{3}$ works out to 2 V (constant across the relevant nodes).

$Q_{3} = C_{3} \cdot V_{3} = 4 μ F \times 2 V = 8 μ C$ .
