Simple cubic unit cell $= \frac{1}{8} \times 8 = 1$

B.C.C. unit cell $= \frac{1}{8} \times 8 + 1 \times 1 = 2$

FCC unit cell $= \frac{1}{8} \times 8 + \frac{1}{2} \times 6 = 4$
