Maximum current in a series LCR circuit occurs at resonance, where $ω_{0} = \frac{1}{L C} .$ (The resistance $R$ does not enter the resonance condition.)

$L C = (100 \times 1 0^{- 3}) (25 \times 1 0^{- 9}) = 2500 \times 1 0^{- 12} = 2.5 \times 1 0^{- 9} .$

$L C = 2.5 \times 1 0^{- 9} = 5 \times 1 0^{- 5} s .$

$ω_{0} = \frac{1}{5 \times 1 0 ^{- 5}} = 2 \times 1 0^{4} r a d / s .$

So the value to fill in is $2$ .
