In multiplication and division, the result is rounded to the same number of significant figures as the operand with the fewest significant figures.

Count the significant figures of each operand:

$32.3$ has 3 sig figs; $1125$ has 4 sig figs; $27.4$ has 3 sig figs.

The minimum is 3, so the final answer must carry 3 significant figures.

Raw value: $\frac{32.3 \times 1125}{27.4} = 1326.186 \dots$

Rounded to 3 significant figures: $1330$ (note the trailing zero is the placeholder; the three significant digits are 1, 3, 3).

$∴$ Option (4).
