Solution

Coordination isomerism occurs in salts where both cation and anion are complex ions, and the ligands can be interchanged between the two metal centres to generate distinct isomers. This requires the two metal centres to be different (so that swapping ligands produces a genuinely different compound).

(A) : both centres are Ag, so swapping ligands gives the same compound — no coordination isomerism (Similarly in C option).

(B), (D), (E) all have two complex ions with different metal centres (or different oxidation states), so each can show coordination isomerism.
