Solution

Bulk modulus relates pressure change to fractional volume change:

$β = - \frac{Δ P}{Δ V / V} \Rightarrow \frac{Δ V}{V} = - \frac{Δ P}{β} .$

$\frac{∣Δ V ∣}{V} \times 100 = \frac{6.3 \times 1 0 ^{7}}{2.1 \times 1 0 ^{9}} \times 100 = 3%.$
