Statement II: In the set $[N O_{2}, B e H_{2}, B F_{3}, A l C l_{3}]$ , all the molecules have incomplete octet around central atom.

Geometry: $S F_{4}$ (see-saw), $N H_{4}^{+}$ (tetrahedral), $[N i C l_{4}]^{2 -}$ (tetrahedral), $X e F_{4}$ (square planar), $[P tC l_{4}]^{2 -}$ (square planar), $S e F_{4}$ (see-saw), $[N i (C N)_{4}]^{2 -}$ (square planar). Tetrahedral count $= 2$ — Statement I false.

$N O_{2}$ (7e on N), $B e H_{2}$ (4e on Be), $B F_{3}$ (6e on B), $A l C l_{3}$ (6e on Al) — all incomplete octet. Statement II true.
