Br $_{2}$ /FeBr $_{3}$ gives bromobenzene (A). Nitration of A under conc. HNO $_{3}$ /conc. H $_{2}$ SO $_{4}$ produces a mixture of ortho- and para-bromonitrobenzene (B and C).

The two isomers are both liquids/low-melting solids with close but distinct boiling points and similar volatility. Their separation relies on the small difference in boiling point, which is exactly what fractional distillation exploits.

$∴$ Option (4), fractional distillation, is correct.
