Count -hydrogens (C-H bonds on carbons directly attached to the carbocationic centre) for each cation:

(A) Cation flanked by a ring -CH- (2H), the other ring -CH- (2H), and a -CH-CH side chain ( = 2H of CH): total 6 -H.

(B) Cation with three adjacent CH neighbours including a CH substituent: count gives 7 -H.

(C) Cation positioned so that flanking carbons each carry 2H, with another CH (giving 2H) — totals 6 -H.

(D) Bridge-type cation with fewer free -H's available: 5 -H.

A and C both have 6 -H — same number of hyperconjugative C-H bonds.
