Is the NEET 2027 syllabus the same as 2026?

The NEET UG syllabus was reduced significantly by NMC in 2024 and has been stable since. The 2027 syllabus is expected to remain identical to 2026 unless NMC announces a further revision. This page will update immediately if any change is notified.

How many questions are there in NEET UG 2027?

NEET UG has 200 questions in total, out of which candidates must attempt 180. It is divided into four sections: Physics (45 questions), Chemistry (45), Botany (45), and Zoology (45). Each section allows 10 optional questions out of 15 in Section B.

Which subjects have highest weightage in NEET?
