Solution

In an EM wave, $E = B \times c$ where $c = c \hat{i}$ for propagation along $+ x$ .

$E = (2 \times 1 0^{- 7} \hat{j}) \times (3 \times 1 0^{8} \hat{i}) = 60 (\hat{j} \times \hat{i}) = - 60 \hat{k}$ V/m.
