Under $\vec{r}\to -\vec{r}$ (parity inversion), polar vectors flip: $\vec{v}=\frac{d\vec{r}}{dt}$ flips, $\vec{p}=m\vec{v}$ flips, $\vec{a}$ flips.

Angular momentum $\vec{L}=m(\vec{r}\times \vec{v})$ involves a cross product of two flipping vectors, so the two sign changes cancel: $\vec{L}$ is unchanged (it is an axial / pseudo-vector).
