Hinsberg's reagent (PhSO $_{2}$ Cl) gives products that distinguish amine classes:

$1^{\circ}$ amines $\to$ N-H-bearing sulphonamide, soluble in alkali.

$2^{\circ}$ amines $\to$ disubstituted sulphonamide with no N-H, insoluble in alkali.

$3^{\circ}$ amines $\to$ do not react to form an isolable solid sulphonamide.

So count only the secondary amines in the list:

1. N-Methylaniline (PhNHCH $_{3}$ ) — 2 $^{\circ}$ .

2. N-Methyl methanamine (CH $_{3}$ NHCH $_{3}$ ) — 2 $^{\circ}$ .

3. N-propylaniline (PhNHC $_{3}$ H $_{7}$ ) — 2 $^{\circ}$ .

4. N-phenylaniline (Ph $_{2}$ NH) — 2 $^{\circ}$ .

Count = 4.
