Parathyroid hormone (PTH) raises blood Ca by (i) stimulating bone resorption to release Ca, (ii) increasing reabsorption of Ca in renal tubules, and (iii) enhancing intestinal absorption of Ca (via vitamin D activation). PTH does not regulate carbohydrate metabolism.

So (b) is wrong because PTH increases (not decreases) blood Ca; (d) is wrong because PTH increases (not decreases) intestinal Ca absorption; (e) is wrong because PTH is not involved in carbohydrate metabolism.

Therefore (b), (d), and (e) are not effects of PTH.
