$K_{p} = K_{c} (R T)^{Δ n_{g}}$ , so $K_{p} \neq = K_{c}$ only when $Δ n_{g} \neq = 0$ .

(1) $Δ n_{g} = 2 - 2 = 0$ ; (2) $Δ n_{g} = 2 - 2 = 0$ ; (3) $Δ n_{g} = 2 - 4 = - 2$ ; (4) $Δ n_{g} = 2 - 2 = 0$ .

Only option (3) has $Δ n_{g} \neq = 0$ , so $K_{p} \neq = K_{c}$ there.
