Take $X = N$ and $Y = A s$ :

$∣ E N (N) - E N (P) ∣ = ∣3.0 - 2.1∣ = 0.9$

$∣ E N (P) - E N (A s) ∣ = ∣2.1 - 2.0∣ = 0.1$

$0.9 > 0.1$ , so the condition is satisfied. $X = N$ , $Y = A s$ .
