$ω = 2 π f = 2 π \times 50 = 100 π$ rad/s.

$X_{L} = ω L = 100 π \times \frac{50}{π} \times 1 0^{- 3} = 5 Ω$ .

$X_{C} = \frac{1}{ω C} = \frac{1}{100 π \times \frac{1 0 ^{3}}{π} \times 1 0 ^{- 6}} = 10 Ω$ .

$Z = R^{2} + (X_{L} - X_{C})^{2} = 1 0^{2} + (5 - 10)^{2} = 100 + 25 = 125 = 55 Ω$ .
