Tollens' reagent is a mild oxidant: it converts an aldehyde ($-\text{CHO}$) to a carboxylate ($-{\text{COO}}^{-}$) but does not oxidise ketones or reduce them.

So only the $-\text{CHO}$ group reacts; the $-{\text{COCH}}_3$ stays intact. The product is the ortho-carboxylate of the original methyl ketone.
