Solution

Stronger ligand field → larger → higher energy absorbed → shorter wavelength absorbed. So wavelength absorbed is inversely related to crystal-field splitting.

Ligand-field strength (relevant here): CN > NH > HO. The metal also matters (Co has larger than Ti, and Cu as a 3d tetraaqua complex absorbs at the longest wavelength).

From largest (shortest ) to smallest (longest ): B(CN) > A(NH) > D(HO on Ti) > C(HO on Cu).

Wavelength order absorbed: B < A < D < C.
