- SO: S has 1 lone pair + 3 bonds pyramidal.
- XeF: Xe has 2 lone pairs + 3 bonds T-shape.
- SF: S has 1 lone pair + 4 bonds see-saw.

Count by shape.
- (P) See-saw: SF only one. P 1.
- (Q) T-shaped: ClF, XeF two. Q 2.
- (R) Trigonal planar: none of these species is trigonal planar zero. R 5.
