Solution

Each piece has $R = 100/10 = 10 Ω$ .

Series of 5: $R_{s} = 5 \times 10 = 50 Ω$ .

Parallel of 5: $R_{p} = 10/5 = 2 Ω$ .

These two in series: $R = 50 + 2 = 52 Ω$ .
